REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges or credits are accepted.
Our policy is valid for a period of 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.
To qualify for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and bear the tag. It must also be in the original packaging.


Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To make an exchange or receive a credit, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Who do I contact for defective products?
Products purchased thought an authorised retailer.
If you purchased Blivet Sport's products from one of our retailers, the first to contact is your retailer. All Blivet Sport’s retailers on behalf of Blivet Sports will look over a warranty case, will be talking to the consumers about the issue the might face, will look at the product and will be able to judge what to do. The very first request must go to your authorised retailer.

If you purchased Blivet Sport's products from Blivet Sport’s web store, in this case, than you will have to submit your request to Blivet Sports directly.

Warranty
All Blivet Sports products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year after the date of purchase and you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Blivet Sports reserves the right to repair or replace with an identical or equivalent product.
  • This warranty applies only to the original owner of the products and cannot in any case be transferred to a subsequent owner.
  • The warranty only applies in the event of normal and intended use of the product.
  • Tears, degradation by the sun's rays, stitches and snags , are not covered by this warranty.
  • Damage caused by abrasion against surfaces or even Velcro, a strap, a zipper, are not covered by this warranty.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, improper maintenance, transformation or modification are not covered by this warranty.
  • Damage and breakage resulting from abuse, improper use and neglect will totally void this warranty.

 


Boots Specific Matters

  • Damages caused by force-dried with direct heat sources (electric baseboard heater, hair dryer, machine dryer, heat gun, Etc) are not covered by this warranty. NOTE: The level of moisture in your boots is always high after riding, you should always remove the insoles after your ride.
  • If using Crank Brothers®, Time®, or Look® 2-bolt pedals with your Quilo clipless boots, the cleats must be installed with the shim and/or shoe shield provided with the pedals. Failure to do so resulting into outsole damage are not covered by this warranty.



Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it to: Blivet Sports, 5237 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, suite 130, Quebec, P.Q., Canada, G2E 2H2
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
