Which company manages your shipments?

We ship all of our items via Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, Purolator or UPS.

Will I get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are provided 48 hours after your package has been sent. In some cases, your item may arrive before you get your tracking number.

How long do I have to wait to receive my package?

The time may vary depending on the destination of the packages, their size, their weight, etc. If it's in stock, you should receive your purchase within 2-10 business days.

Can I get my package faster?

If you need your package more quickly, please contact us at support@blivetsports.com and we will analyze with you all the options available to satisfy your request. However, certain costs could be attached to it.

What if my package has been damaged?

All of our shipments are insured for their full value, please contact us in the event that your package has been damaged and our team will deal with the issue promptly.

What if my package after confirmed shipped is not at my door?

All shipping companies Blivet Sports is working with will confirm delivery when your order reach your door. The insurance each of the package Blivet Sports will ship does not cover theft once the package has arrived at its destination.

Unfortunately, some people have felt the sting of package theft.  After they discover the package is missing and experience the frustration that comes with it, the question that arises next is: What do I do now?

Here are 4 steps to consider if a package is stolen from the doorstep.

VERY STEP 1: Contact the shipping company and work tracking the package with them. They are the very first to reach. No matter you try reaching Blivet Sports first, we will have to go to the shipping company for help so please, start right there first.

STEP 2: Contact Blivet Sports to claim the missing package.

STEP 3: Report the Package theft to the Police. Make no mistake, porch piracy is a crime.

STEP 4: Contact the credit card company used in the purchase. Many credit cards policies offer free insurance on every purchase.
