The Quilo FLT, GEN 2! WHAT! GEN 2?
After introducing the original FLT in Dec. 2022, we kept in touch with our happy ambassadors and consumers collecting multiple comments and suggestions. This was so exciting and constructive, we just had to go further in the FLT concept and blend a new version of this exceptionnal boot to rise the bar even higher.
And this time in a stunning ''stealth'' black... yes sir!
FLT WHY >>
Pedaling dynamics in the snow is key to good traction and power delivery to the pedals. When it comes to flat pedals we know that maximum contact between boot and pedal are key, we don't want the wrong position, we don't want the pins to get stuck between large threads. From now on, there is no need to ride in your summer riding shoes to get that perfect contact and delivery of power.
STEP 1, THE FORT WILLIAMS OUTSOLE >>
We still keep the best outsole for the job, from Italians Vibram ®. The compound choice for flat pedal boots is the key. We wanted it to be just like a summer shoe, nice and sticky. After extensive testing and achieving maximum grip we are conviced, for winter the best compound is "XS Trek", nothing else.
STEP 2, HIGHER HEIGHT AND QUICK DUAL-LACE SYSTEM >>
The original FLT designed with 1 set of laces and the ARC pulley lacing technology, this was an excellent cjoice for lower boots.
We are giving you back the great 21cm from the ground height (same as original Quilo). You'll easily cover the top with your pants and snow will never jump in. The upper is now higher so back to quick dual-lace lacing system with automatic locks which over the years has prooven it's great streght and simplicity.
STEP 3, PROTECTION >>
The FLT will have to hold up against the sharpest pedal pins, so we cover the tip of the toe box area, the inside of the boot and the heel with a super strong rubber. Stongly cemented and stitched the the boot itself.
STEP 4, WARMTH & COMFORT >>
The outer is comprised of sturdy black matte finish synthetic leather panels. The internal materials were specifically chosen to eliminate as much moisture as possible. The inner most layer is a breathable material that dries quickly. Micro fleece at the top of the boot for comfort and the LISZT AIR "TOEBOX", a unique design to maximize comfort and keep the toes as warm as possible.
The Quilo series, the lightest boot in the industry and offers an excellent ''cold protection'' index rating. You will find 200g of Thinsulate 3M ™ insulation as well as a highly efficient Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) thermal wall. More comfortable to walk in with greater flexibility at the ankle were achieved by using a mix of soft and flexy Vibram ® outsole with an upper part made of durable but supple 600D fabric.
The FLT is without a doubt, the one and only flat pedal winter cycling boot on the market.

We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges or credits are accepted.
Our policy is valid for a period of 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.
To qualify for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and bear the tag. It must also be in the original packaging.

Who do I contact for defective products?
Products purchased thought an authorised retailer.
If you purchased Blivet Sports products from one of our retailers, the first to contact is your retailer. All Blivet Sports retailers on behalf of Blivet Sports will look over a warranty case, will be talking to each consumers about the problem they are facing, will inspect the product and will be able to judge what to do. The very first request must go to your authorised retailer.

Warranty
All Blivet Sports products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year after the date of purchase and you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Blivet Sports reserves the right to repair or replace with an identical or equivalent product.
- This warranty applies only to the original owner of the products and cannot in any case be transferred to a subsequent owner.
- The warranty only applies in the event of normal and intended use of the product.
- Tears, degradation by the sun's rays, stitches and snags , are not covered by this warranty.
- Damage caused by abrasion against surfaces or even Velcro, a strap, a zipper, are not covered by this warranty.
- Damage caused by chemicals, improper maintenance, transformation or modification are not covered by this warranty.
- Damage and breakage resulting from abuse, improper use and neglect will totally void this warranty.
BOOTS SPECIFIC MATTERS
- Damages caused by force-dried with direct heat sources (electric baseboard heater, hair dryer, machine dryer, heat gun, Etc) are not covered by this warranty. NOTE: The level of moisture in your boots is always high after riding, you should always remove the insoles after your ride.
- If using Crank Brothers®, Time®, or Look® 2-bolt pedals with your Quilo clipless boots, the cleats must be installed with the shim and/or shoe shield provided with the pedals. Failure to do so resulting into outsole damage are not covered by this warranty.
