!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! Please take good note, all Blivet Sport's footwear are ''TRUE SIZE'' fit.
This simply means that if you fit a EURO 42 moutain bike summer shoe, you should also be 42 in a Blivet Sport's footwear.
The LISZT AIR TOEBOX provides a generous 4E+ toe volume. We live in Quebec and at Blivet Sports, know that thicker socks are more than welcome in winter. Blivet Sports understands this and it was taken into consideration during development, the fit adjutement and the desing of our manufacturing lasts.... our boots are roomy.
You can still for sure take time to measure your feet and compare to the below specs to make your mind.

MEASURE__A__FOOT LENGHT
Using a measuring tape, measure the entire length of your feet, from heel to toes tip.
*** A good way to do it, heel against the wall, put a thick and stiff book at the toes.

MEASURE__B__FOOT BALL GIRTH
Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference at your foot ball.
*** The best is to use a small string to turn around the foot and measure the length of string afterward.

REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY
We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges or credits are accepted.
Our policy is valid for a period of 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.
To qualify for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and bear the tag. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you purchased Blivet Sport's products from one of our retailers, the first to contact is your retailer. All Blivet Sport’s retailers on behalf of Blivet Sports will look over a warranty case, will be talking to the consumers about the issue the might face, will look at the product and will be able to judge what to do. The very first request must go to your authorised retailer.

All Blivet Sports products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year after the date of purchase and you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
