Blivet winter bike boot for flat peddles

Boots fit well. I buy 1/2 to a full size too large to accomodate hot shots over your toes. This really works to keep feet warm in more extreme cold. Boots perform well in terms of power transfer. One weakness....the souls are a little slippery compared to my previous Marks work warehouse boots which had something added to the sole rubber....something like walnut shell pieces but synthetic. The boa system is good. Boots are high enough to keep snow out. I like the boots and am glad I got them. If Blivet could make the soles a bit more grippy (for when you are off the peddles) that might be better.

Just purchased a pair of your Blivet Quilo FLT boots.
Best purchase I’ve made this winter!!!
The boots have an ample toe box and are very warm . Great boots !!!
Just like all the other Blivet products that I have purchased, outstanding quality and workmanship!!

FLT boots

I now have 10 rides on the boots in temps ranging from -9 to +3. One in the snow on the fat bike, the rest on bare trails on the mtb and emtb. The boots are very comfortable, with no pressure points, and room in the toe box to wiggle my toes. They have good grip on my OneUp composite pedals with metal pins, and show no sign of wear from the pins. At 71, and a type 1 diabetic, keeping my hands and feet warm have been a problem. A pair of light weight 45Nrth pogies solved the problem for my hands, and now the Gen 2 boots are taking care of my feet.

Thanks
